Dr May has been prompt, thorough, decisions were right n brought good solution to my health issues...a very knowledgeable n trustworthy doctor!
My review is not about Dr. May. He's been seeing my mother for decades and is a nice man, good doctor. My complaint is about one of his office staff, particularly Crystal. She is the absolute rudest and unprofessional employee there. Extremely condescending, and will hang up on you. I have worked in a professional environment for 30 years and I would be appalled if one of my employees acted this way. Do better!!!
I called Dr. May's office today at 8:39 this morning and left a message. I called again at 12:15 p.m. since they had not responded to my message. The person I spoke with said they don't usually check messages until the end of the day! Glad my Mom wasn't in an hurry. In fact, she said it could be 24 - 48 hours before a response. Terrible service. I changed doctors this year but my Mom is still a patient despite the less than helpful front desk staff.
Went to Dr May for years! Very Compassionate caring physician! I highly recommend this Physician..., THE BEST!
