My exam wound up being done by his assistant. She seemed rushed and never even spoke to me. It turned out to be a terrible prescription, and my vision is terrible with those lenses. I saw Dr. Lane for 5 minutes. I won't be back.
Unbelievable! Came in because of a sudden decrease in vision in my right eye a few weeks after an infection. My appointment was at 230. I was not actually seen by the doctor till 415. I was curious whether this was business as usual or whether something was off. When I asked whether he was having a tough day, he told me the "afternoon sludge" of patients slows him down.
