Was very nice place. Got a good eye prescription and glasses that work for me. Had a decently long wait time.
I waited 40 minutes, had to cancel and only then was told there is a delay because two technicians are out today. Could have told me that when I checked in so I could make a decision right then and not waste my time. Not respectful.
Great service except for the appt scheduling lady. Very condescending even though I was being clear and nice. I just wanted to schedule an appointment, that's it.
