Lovely staff! They truly go above and beyond for their patients. After struggling to find an honest and reliable practice, I was referenced by my wife and her family (who have been going to him for years) to see Dr. Lloyd. He was truly the best! I was very sad to see him go but happy for him and his new journey ahead. I was a little hesitant to start with someone new but the new dentists have exceeded my expectations.
This dental office was great under the leadership of Dr. James R. Lloyd, but service has gone downhill since the arrival of Dr. Choi. This dental office recently tried to convince my family member that they required additional dental services that another doctor determined were not needed. When an explanation and x-rays were requested, a picture was provided along with belittling comments from two receptionists. I hope this review encourages others to avoid the rude and unethical practices of this dental office.
