The nursing staff and medical team could not be more professional and friendly. Their problem is with the the three to four women who work at the front desk who do absolutely nothing but talk, laugh and have a great time while patients can wait at least 30 minutes. Obviously the woman in charge is one of those who does nothing but talk to all the others.Unfortunate because the medical team is first class. Maybe Mass General Brigham needs to wake up to support staff doing nothing.
