Every member of staff that I met was very friendly and helpful. When my GPS dropped me in the wrong place, Ariel gave me the right directions over the phone. She also did the preliminary exams, quickly and smoothly, with thorough explanations. Dr Powell is my new favorite medical professional. My youngest child was having issues with their eyes. After seeing doctors at nemours, seeing surgeons and being told that nothing was wrong with their eyes except week muscles. Not saying nemours is bad, I think they are over worked and under staffed. But, I took them to see Dr. Powell for a second opinion and eyeglasses. He discovered my child had glaucoma and week muscles. With his help my child has been able to get the right help they have been needing.
