Found that the office in Millbury was under construction and don't know if he closed the eye practice! I wanted to make an appointment for an eye exam... I've been going to him for many years!
He closed his office with no notice to his patients and no way to get our records. Not Good.
Ive seen Dr. Pialtos for 6 yrs, & will not be returning. My previous visit left me feeling uncared for & just a paycheck for the dr. I waited about 30 minutes to be seen & feel as though my prescription is incorrect. After my visit, I was charged $105 and did not recieve a prescription because I had switched contact brands. I was asked to bring proof of the new brand to get a script. When I returned with this I waited an hour to get a script & was told that changing brands was illegal. Greedy
