Definitely recommend this Dr.. His staff and himself are very personable. Dr. Phelan has a great bedside manner as well as attentive and knowledgeable of podiatry. I am truly blessed to have been steered his way.
Dr Phelan was great-I had an ingrown toenail. He relieved the pain quickly. Be wary of the “bandages “ they give you-it was 6 bandaids that cost $120.00. The only reason I am posting this is because his front office staff voiced extremely political opinions including that she carried a gun at all times.
Dr Phelan is an excellent doctor that is easy to talk to and his caring staff is very helpful and professional. Highly recommended!!
