My mom was under Dr. Yhips care for quite some time and she had expressed him being short with her and that she felt afraid to ask questions. I decided to accompany her to a doctor's appointment and see for myself--indeed, the slightest of comments or questions visibly irritated him. His personality was that of someone about to blow at any time, so tightly wound he couldn't handle his job.
Very pleased with Dr. Yhip ,He is very professional and compassionate listened to all my questions and concerns regarding my condition Highly recommend
Dr. Yhip found the issues with me on the first visit. Other doctors want to do surgery. I am on medication and doing great with also a exercise program.
Staff was nice and the office was clean. I did wait but it was worth the wait.
I have a condition that precludes heart bypass surgery, but I had a bad occlusion in a critical artery. Dr. Yhip managed to open the artery under conditions I believe many would not have. I would recommend him highly "in a heart beat."
Dr. Yhip is not a doctor you want to trust with your life, or your loved one's life. He does not provide appropriate care for his patients, he does not communicate with his patients, and if something goes wrong during the procedure he will blame the patient even if there is scientific/medical evidence to suggest that is not the case. You will incur more medical costs of which he will not bill the insurance for, and instead bill the patient.
My father was referred to Dr Yhip by his GP. The first initial visit seemed to go fine. Yhip ordered several tests to be done and over a 5 day period my dad completed them. We had made a follow up appointment to get the results. Well, there was so much confusion with all of the staff they looked like the stooges. We never got the results and were told to come back in 3 years. We got the results from his GP and Very soon after this my dad had an MRI and they found an aneurysm on his aorta valve.
I would strongly recommend Dr. Yhip because he communicates well and instills confidence that he is providing optimum care.
Dr. James Peter Yhip has a 3.4 star rating with 13 reviews.
