Dr Willems far exceeded my expectations. I normally avoid seeing male doctors since they are too often dismissive, hurried, unempathetic. Dr Willems was just the opposite.
High level of confidence in, and satisfaction with care received.
In addition to answering my questions, Dr Willems provided helpful context, including differences due to my ethnicity and explaining how well my condition has been studied. This context gave me confidence in his answers, and that he actually considered my individual case rather than going with generic answers and assumptions.
From my interactions with reception to PA to Dr. Willems the visit could not have been any better. Well done to one and all.
