Dr.Willems explains issues thoroughly and in clear and understandable terms. He is also extremely pleasant and puts me at ease.
Dr.Willems is the best Doctor ever. I have followed him from Swedish to other locations and now to First Hill. I would drive to another state to continue care with him. The only issue is that getting ahold of the care team is much more difficult than it used to be and there is not a lot of follow up.I have had to call several times to get answers or results and it is very time consuming . But he is the best ever.

This was my first visit to Dr Willems after my long time cardiologist retired. I was very impressed by several things:He was familiar with the major issues I've had with my cardiovascular history over the years, seemingly in detail; he was open and insightful in discussing concerns I've had and he had well supported suggestions in response to them; finally, he seems to me to be genuinely caring and warm and respectful of my preferences. I'm very pleased to have been referred to him.
