Dr. Willems is very caring, explains everything clearly, and is extremely knowledgeable.
Dr. Wilhems is great and I am very happy with the care I receive from him. However, this time I was made to wait for 30 minutes in the examination room before he could come to me. He had a good excuse - another complex patient / case that needed attention before he could get to me. I would have appreciated a nurse, or someone from the practice, walking in and giving me a heads up though instead of leaving me hanging in the room. Other than that, good experience.
DR. WILLEMS IS THE REASON I GO TO PAC MED (I followed him from Polyclinic). He's a gem... don't ever lose him!
