If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am a new patient to the practice. I was scheduled to see Dr. Wigand. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was never able to see the physician, as the front desk refused to honor my appointment because I would not provide them with my full social security number. I did provide the last four numbers, my license and insurance cards for identity/billing verification. That was not good enough “for their system”.
