The Doctor is fine, he is polite and takes his time with my 82 year old Aunt. However the rest of the office isn't much help. They tell me they are there to help. When you reach out for advice (if you even get a call back in a timely manner)you could have just Google it yourself. No help for dementia patients or the family. I love how everyone says they understand and if you need help we are here. Until you call.
