I witnessed him being terribly rude to an elderly couple. The man was pushing his wife in a wheel chair and he was yelling ( no I am not exaggerating ) I told you don't bring her back her until it's done. The 70+ year old man cried leaving the office with his lip quivering. I never went back after that day.

Dr. Jim Alexander has been my doctor for most of my life. His wife started working in the Marion office around the time I moved that direction for college; I have seen her ever since. I currently live in West Frankfort but happily drive to Marion to this office. The staff is very friendly and patient, and I couldn't ask more of a doctor. She listens to my questions and complaints and really tries to come up with a solution that works for me.
