No one is answering the phone. My insurance went ahead and informed me that Dr. Rhodes was covered. Turns out their records haven't been updated in a year. And Dr. Rhodes is no longer a Dentist. So all in all, this is ridiculous.
Office just closed with no contact to patients or information about our records. Dr. Rhodes had his license suspended back in 2018 for drug and alcohol addiction, but other than that, I have no idea what happened. We liked him.
The dentist closed the practice suddenly without telling his patients. After a long time faithful patient I need answer to how can we get our records?
Went here for years and I mean years. Went last week to see why phone number wasn't in service. No sign saying closed. Asked another business there if they knew anything. Said only the office lady comes in once in awhile. So I assume they closed and neglected to call patients and notify them.
Excellent Dental practice. Got right to the point and addressed the problem. And explained all the issues. And pulled the tooth giving the issue. Not "well let's see you next time "
