From check in to check out, the colonoscopy experience was as good as it can get (being what it is). Everyone was friendly and competent and professional. The staff looks after you from beginning to end, including warm blankets and smiles from everyone. Totally professional, they guide you through each step and explain everything.
Dr Brettholz is a great doctor and the Kipps Bay Endoscopy Center is a well staffed, very clean facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I'm happy to have received treatment there.
Two weeks ago I went for a consultation with Dr. Salik about issues I've been having. He scheduled a colonoscopy for me and explained in detail all that is involved. Today I had the procedure done at Kips Bay Endoscopy Center where I was treated with professional care from Dr. Salik and the entire staff. The place is very clean and I highly recommend Dr. Salik and the Kips Bay staff.
Trustworthiness is crucial to maintain one's medical records and health. I spoke with someone at Dr. Sherman's office who called me to confirm an appointment. I previously sent 3 messages through their portal which no one responded to. The next morning was my appointment and I was told an answer to my query would be later that day in the afternoon.
