The visit was as wonderful as getting an endoscopy could be! The entire staff, from the front desk to the medical staff, the anesthesiologist, who was excellent, and the staff in the endoscopy room were courteous, knowledgeable and responsive to my every need. I particularly liked that each person introduced him or herself to me and explained what they did. Dr. Sherman embodied all of what I wrote about everyone else.
overall experience is good, however the facility is very unappealing and depressing.

I went to upper endoscopy, and my overall experience was nice and smooth, all nurses, stuff was kind! My anesthesiologist so kind and supported me emotionally through this procedure, because I am a very anxious person!Dr.Brettholz is very kind, listens to you, explains everything!
Went in for an endoscopy this morning, and it could not have been smoother. Dr. Salik talked to me about the purpose of the procedure beforehand, which clarified my expectations. And then we talked about what he had found afterwards, which was also very helpful.
Everything was ver efficient and friendly.
Dr. Salik had a wonderful, warm bedside manner. He is a very caring physician. He spoke with me both before and after my colonoscopy and put me completely at ease!
