He seems so bored, not very interested in your questions or issues, does not offer much information, and has a "dismissal" attitude. There might be one individual in his Staff that is knowledgeable, but on the rude side. The rest of the Staff is not very professional, his technician was on her cell phone while testing me. Too much personal information being discussed at the front desk between each other. I almost felt "invisible"....
