Dr Kelly is a knowledgeable and personable doctor. I have been a patient here since they opened. Though I respect Dr Kelly, I am not a fan of all the automated additions. The office staff has a somewhat high turn over it seems. I have been kept on hold for 20 minutes and more to just make an appointment. I have also had to follow up on messages left, after not receiving a return call in over 36 hours. This are not isolated incidences.
