Been a patient for over 25 years. I have no problems with Dr. Halverson other than the policy that if you have a physical which is covered 100% by insurance you are required to fill out a form that states you will not ask the Dr. any questions. If you do ask 'anything' you are then required to pay for an office visit. Upon checkout after your appointment the office staff contradicts what the Dr. says. The front office and billing blames each other for any errors in billing. They will not correct billing errors that are point... read more
Extremely rude. Very short and dismissive. Asked my 88 year old grandmother what she wanted him to do about a new pressure sore?!? One of the most serious health care issues and he was dismissive about it!
Always professional and caring visits.
Dr. Halverson has been my PCP for many years. He is attentive to my health care concerns and clearly explains medical information and treatments. I leave appointments feeling informed and confident about the care I have received. His nurse and staff also provide excellent service.
I’ve been a patient for over 20 years and have experienced a level of professionalism and competence from Dr. Halverson, and staff, that’s hard to find. Highly recommend to anyone looking for medical treatment!
Dr. Halverson and the Nurse Practitioner Courtney are very good at listening to the patients concerns and offering the best medical care within their expertise and they do not hesitate to refer you to a specialist to get additional support when needed. Great patient care and the front office staff is the best!
Dr. Halverson is an excellent physician who is supported by a caring and knowledgeable staff. The reception staff is always pleasant and welcoming. Michele, CMA, was thorough in obtaining information about my health concerns and updating my history and medications. Courtney, NP did a thorough assessment of my present concern, as well as offering suggestions for overall improvement of my health. I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Halverson's practice!
