I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service, terrible dental work. He owns Family Dental care associates on Glenway and it’s a total disgusting dump. I have been waiting a full month for a bridge and they won’t provide me with temporary teeth. Who can walk around like this?? Horrible. Do NOT GO HERE OR TO family dental care on Glenway!!

J Micheal Fuchs DDS needs to speak to his customers have some type of contacts with his patients. His employees are nasty and rude on the phone and don’t know how to communicate with you. He needs to step in cause Evidently he doesn’t care that they don’t return your calls. They don’t listen to the answer machines and they don’t care how they treat you. Impossible to reach, they don't return phone calls, exam was very superficial and cursory (had to see a second dentist for a follow-up exam), impossible to get through to their billing office. They are billing me without filing for insurance first. Unprofessional handling from Mary, Mollie, the dentist and the phantom billing representative.

Since end of August have been waiting for my crown had 2 come in that were wrong. Said they would call me when they got new color chart. After me calling a few times finally got answers. This place is a joke . Been going there 30 years it is falling apart.
