The Doctor and staff are ok. The problem I have is with the billing companies they have. I have been going here for a few years now and every single appointment has been billed incorrectly. They have all my info and Insurance cards and yet the billing place has yet to understand how to bill correctly. I am currently fighting a bill now and have tried 2 times each place calling both the office and the billing company and they keep kicking the bill back to me without the correction. For several years my breathing issues had been brushed off and I accepted my symptoms, self treating best I could until I wound up in urgent care. The PA suggested seeing a pulmonologist and I couldn't believe I was able to get in so quick, within days. The cough I had accepted as a lingering cold was taken VERY seriously, I was sent to the ER and promptly diagnosed with asthma. My father is a patient of Dr. Lampasso’s. We have seen him 3 or 4 times now and he is consistently always in a rush. He doesn’t explain things, seems distracted, and is not receptive to questions. On each visit he has seemed annoyed and not friendly. Maybe he needs to retire.
