I've been seeing doctor kingsley for a little more then 2 years now nothing but the best care he listens and knows whats best.
It’s impossibly hard to get ahold of them and when you do they’re completely disorganized and not helpful in the slightest. Terrible customer service.
Incompetent schedulers. Missed 4 appointments. Needed numerous reminders to send results of blood labs. Never had my information at hand, forcing me to repeat myself constantly. The word “urgent” in urgent care in no way applies here. Very disorganized.
Very unprofessional. I had a interview for a position at 1:00 pm, I didn't get notified until 2 hrs later that the position had been filled, the Veronica the office manager told me the weekend shift was available. No mam that's not what I was interviewing for. They are so freaking unprofessional. I see why y'all have all these bad reviews. You can't take care of a potential employer, just imagine how your patients are treated. Smh
They broke the law and I'll be pursuing legal action if this doesn't get resolved. I sent them all my insurance information and they assured me before the appointment that yes they took my insurance and everything was covered. I go to check my insurance and surprise surprise I've been billed $500 as they're out of network. On top of that, they can't make it to an appointment on time to save their life.
