Ever since Dr. James left it has gone down in service. First they assigned me to his son who gave me a birth control that made me have a period for a full month. Then assigned me to a nurse who gave me the most painful ultra sound and didn't even check on my fibroid. I ended up seeing Dr. Richards by chance, without knowing anything of his awards and accolades. At the time I was new to Dallas and just needed someone in-network who was accepting new patients- talk about luck! At my first appointment Dr. Richards met me in his office for a quick chat and to build a bit of rapport. After the retirement of my trusted and caring physician whom I saw for 17 years, I was at a loss but then I found Dr. Richards during an important transition in my life, and he is wonderful! I have seen him for the last three years and I cannot say enough of his knowledge, compassion, bedside manner, and care. I highly recommend him!
