My parents have seen Dr. Jame Park over 10 years. This provider is very difficult to get an appointment. They message box is always full and sometimes, can not even leave a message. Their office hour is very odd. Even being a long term patient, can't make appointment to see Dr. for urgent situation. Only reason seeing him is because my parent speak very little English. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with patient until they find a solution for my situation.
It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for.
