Dr. Jerman and his staff really went above and beyond to make me feel so comfortable for my oral surgery. They made sure I had everything I needed to ensure a speedy and less painful recovery. The office is beautiful, new and the location was convenient! If you're looking for a great oral surgeon in the area I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Jerman!
Our son had his wisdom teeth taken out after Christmas. The staff was professional and made the experience as pleasant as possible. We were taken back to the surgery room, met Dr. Jerman, were shown x-rays, and the procedure was explained. While our son was beginning his oral surgery, we were given his prescription that we were able to have filled before he was even finished. Everything went well and we recommend Dr. Jerman and his staff to anyone needing oral surgery. The Kindels
My husband had his wisdom teeth removed here. All staff was very nice, and when I called the office with questions, I was able to speak directly to Dr. Jerman. Then, when my husband's recovery took a turn for the worse, I was able to call Dr. Jerman on his cell phone, and he took the time to talk through everything with me, and sent an additional prescription over to my nearest pharmacy. Dr. James Jerman and the staff are super friendly and professional, I was able to relax and get comfortable before my procedure due to how friendly everyone was, I definitely recommend Flathead Valley Oral And Maxillofacial Surgery.
I've see Dr. Jerman on 2 different occasions. The first time I had a abscessed tooth do to Comfort Dental. I had to go to Comfort Dental that day to see what was wrong, they only gave me antibiotics and referred me to a root canal specialist. I went to see her and Erin referred me over to a Doctor Jerman. By this time it was 3:30pm. Long story short Dr Jerman and his staff was able to get me in around 5:00pm that same day and pulled out my abscess tooth. Dr. Jerman's office was extremely kind and gentle. They definitely made me feel comftorable and informed me on what they were gonna do. I highly reccomend especially for getting wisdom teeth removed.
Dr. Jerman, Amber and Staff are friendly and professional. I've taken two of my daughters there to remove their wisdom teeth (all four teeth). The procedure was quick and all went smooth! And, they have a good way of working with younger kids to make them feel at ease. Definitely recommend Dr. Jerman!!
