April 1, 2021 Dr. James J. Fitzgibbons operated on my left shoulder. Rotator cuff was torn in 3 places. What an awesome experience, all questions answered, and the one that concerned me the most was if I would be able to carry a 30-35 pound backpack. He was honest and said lets do the surgery and therapy and we shall see. I had the surgery and therapy and in October 2021 I was back to hiking with my backpack.
