Dr. Spak was friendly and helpful during our consultation about my knee pain . He was my orthopedic surgeon when I fractured my humerus in 2018 . He operated successfully and I have had no complications or issues .
Dr Spak is great, his assistant is lovely and helpful but the reception is the most horrible place I have ever been. The receptionist is sitting behind the window where all you can see is 3 mega monitors. So basically you are talking to someone who doesn’t even take an effort to look out behind those huge screens. I hope you are over 5’6” so at least you can see her anlthoug she is an extremely Unfriendly, cold, not to say rude person.

I think Dr Spak is a superb doctor. He explained the options I had for my torn rotator cuff very clearly, explaining the pros and cons of both options. I decided on a reverse shoulder replacement and I don’t regret one minute of it. Recovery has been so much easier than the repair I had on my other shoulder many years ago.
