The five-star rating is for Dr. Holt himself, who is working very hard to treat my severe dry eye and oil gland dysfunction. He is up to the latest in technology and treatments, and even stays abreast of what insurance covers and what it doesn't. He's so nice – and is the only one in the valley who offer offers treatment for my conditions. Unfortunately, every appointment I have been to at ICON takes a long time, up to three hours and that is not exaggerating. Dr Holt listens and provides solutions. He is caring and spends appropriate time each visit. Very impressed with the help he's provided with my dry eye. He doesn't give up!
