Dr. Bates is a great doctor who treats you with concern, respect, compassion and kindness. He is thorough in his examinations and truly listened to what I had to say. He was not dismissive regarding my physical problems and I did not feel as though he was judging me. He has offered several types of treatment when one treatment didn’t work, he tried another. He has been successful in his treatment as my health challenges have changed.
Dr. Bates accurately diagnosed our daughters jaw problem efficiently and thoroughly, explained the problem to us with patience, and answered all of our questions and concerns. Dr. Bates gave his expertise in choosing the solution for her. We are so very grateful to Dr. Bates and his staff!
Dr. Bates and staff are professional and compassionate. I had to travel frequently for work and he was always willing to work with my busy schedule. He also helped get my pain under control when I was barely functioning.
