You have asked for a review - I noticed on your ' procedure description' that you included 'exam and diagnosis'. This didn't happen - when I sat down in the dentist chair Dr Abdelghaffar asked if I had any concerns and I mentioned that I thought there may be a cavity at upper left. It turns out there were two cavities in that area which were fixed - at no time was any sort of exam conducted - I was never even asked to remove my lower partial.
