The doctor was good with my two daughters, but the wait was long despite it being a quiet day and we were sent home without full follow up instructions for one of the issues. It was an extremely unpleasant surprise that he did not take our BCBS PPO (and takes only three insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid). Proceed with caution if you are privately insured.
Good experience from a care standpoint, the office was open on a Sunday which was fantastic, but we later found out that Dr. Feng is Out of Network for Blue Cross PPO (XYQ) and got hit with an unexpected $231.24 bill. We were not warned ahead of time by the office.
