Poor communication. I’ve been waiting for a cost and confirmation of the appointment that I made. I called and left a message, and still haven’t heard back from anyone.

Had a root canal that went extremely well. After three previous rc procedures at other practices that can only be described as varying degrees of graphic torture, this was a pleasant, relaxed, and relatively quick experience. Dr.Ballard is the best endodontist I’ve ever had, came highly recommended and if he wasn’t retiring, I would be a lifelong patient.
