I showed up 15 minutes early. Filled out my paperwork and waited for almost an hour while people who came in after me were called. When I was finally called the tech said she did not know I was there for an exam for a new prescription for my glasses. This is after waiting for an hour. Waited it took 2,and a half hours I work and this was my only day off to boot no surgery for 2 months very disappointed never again .

Such an amazing company ! Doctor Actually cares about his patients and their well being. Staff is friendly and professional. I would 10/10 recommend.
I have been seeing this doctor since 1991. First off I want all the negative people to realize when you go for an eye dilation it doesn't happen immediately. You have to wait for the medication to work so it's not going to be an immediate service visit. Expect some delay, it doesn't matter what doctor you go to that's going to happen. If you think the wait here is bad don't ever go to svs! Because I went there one time and it took 2 hours to get an eye exam with only three people there.
