Very knowledgable, kind and explains things well! He stresses the importance of mental well-being along with physical health. Have never experienced a problem with getting an appointment. Very highly recommend!!
When you are with Dr Shepherd he is fantastic. Never rushed. Explains things thoroughly. However, he always has his office person in the room so I feel my privacy compromised. The biggest problem is getting a hold of him. No one answers the phone, and when I leave messages, they are rarely returned.
Super friendly, kind and knowledgeable. makes you feel very comfortable no matter what issues you are having.
