Exceptional! Takes the time to really listen. Is thorough, knowledgeable, and very caring. Easy to get an appointment. Excellent nursing staff. I highly recommend Dr. Phillips.
It’s so pleasant to have a doctor who listens & really cares. I think when you own your own practice you know it depends on you and how you treat your patients. Dr. Phillips has an outstanding bedside manner which is very hard to find these days. My neighbors recommended him to me and I will pass that on as well. Wonderful person and doctor as well
