Dr. Fleischli is a phenomenal doctor. Very precise and accurate. Helped me on my knee surgery in 2015 and did phenomenal on my shoulder surgery this year. Had AC joint issues and was scared if surgery but needed it for long term help purposes. His team and himself are very phenomenal and orthocarolina is a very great company that cares about your health. If you have shoulder and knee issues definitely go to Dr. Fleischli.
Fantastic shoulder surgeor no great bedside manner
I had an MPFL Reconstruction with a TTO done via Dr. Fleischli, and I doubt he could have done a cleaner job. Bedside manner was great, communication was good, and recovery/post opp pain was far less than I was expecting for such a complicated and invasive procedure. I would recommend Dr. Fleischli to anyone getting knee work done.
Best surgeon in Charlotte and I work in the medical industry. Did my knee surgery and will be seen for my need of potentially 2 other surgeries soon. You cannot put a price on peace of mind and trust - you get that with this doc. Grateful to have found him.
