Wish I could have had an appt sooner when my injuries were fresh. Also expected the doctor to have looked at my cat scan before seeing me. Afterwards, family and friends did not recommend Dr Decaestecker from past experience.
Dr. D is an amazing physician. I feel heard and seen with him. My upcoming surgery should go smoothly.
While the doctor had great manners and treated me with respect and kindness, the receptionist berated me for getting to the office 17 minutes early, even though the new patient paperwork sent to me said to arrive at least 15 minutes before my appointment,.
This was my first encounter with this office but they were all friendly and timely, got me scheduled for surgery with no problems.
It's important to listen to the patients health issues. To be understood and taken seriously. My provider, did just that. I look forward to the up coming care. Thank you.
The office staff was friendly and helpful and I really appreciated that they were very prompt. I was called back at the time my appointment was scheduled. I didn't have to wait. The doctors with whom I had contact were professional and friendly.
I love this office because the people make it a place to where you feel safe as a quadriplegic there's not many places I can go that I feel safe, but I feel like the staff and my doctor actually care about me
The waiting time was wonderful, I was treated very well by everyone. Great experience!
The provider seemed like he had a chip on his shoulder. He also didn't seem like he wanted to be there like we were wasting his time.
