Says one thing in a visit and his note says something totally different. I had to see him for a work comp case. He doesn’t even practice surgery anymore. I’d recommend going anywhere else
I went to Dr. Tate for a simple medical procedure, but, in an extremely complicated spot on my face. My typical doctor was uncomfortable going forward with the procedure because of the placement and the scarring that would be associated with such a procedure. Dr. Tate took on my case with a smile and made me feel so much more comfortable with the situation. This doctor is piece of work... Said one thing in the office then sends my doctor a letter that had nothing discussed in the visit in it... Will not return my multiple calls to correct the situation. And I have lost all faith in the medical system at this point. He made me look like a complete idiot while I was telling my primary doctor about the visit and he listed not a single thing about it in his letter. His recommendation he said I agreed to was never discussed in that office. Was never even mentioned... Liar.
Not Him it's the other Dr Tate that's the problem Lea Tate doesn't deserve her job if all she's going to do is side children's services twice now prior to a appointment she wasn't in office her assistant or what ever she is doesn't know the difference between on the way & in office
