There is a girl named Laurie who works up front and is one of thee most UNPLEASANT individuals I've ever had to deal with. She actually had the audacity to snicker (laugh) at me when I explained that I was having side effects from suddenly stopping a prescription, I had been on for quite some time. I am highly considering going to another practice. I started out with Dr. Lee. I liked him at first. I had completely lost my appetite and I was losing a lot of weight. While discussing it with him, he stated "that's a psychiatric issue" and walked out of the room. I asked for another doctor, in which I started seeing Dr. Labotka. She misdiagnosed an injury to my foot. I was told that I did not have a fracture. A couple of days later, I received a call from Dr. Lee's nurse telling me that it was fractured. Worst service I’ve ever recieved. You know how they ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment? Don’t bother, arrive 15 minutes late. Because you will for sure be sitting there waiting for 45 min in the waiting room. On top of that you’ll sit in the patient room for an extra 15 min while you hear your doctor outside the door chit chatting about her kids 👍🏼🙃
