Called to make an appointment and Brittany answered. To say she was rude is an understatement! She was incredibly disrespectful and seemed inconvenienced that I called. FYI unless you have already had your medical records sent to this office you can’t make an appointment. I’m not sure why I would have already had records sent to a doctor I don’t even have an appointment with and Brittany was disgusted that I didn’t know I needed to have my records sent prior to scheduling. He's an excellent Doctor, the only one who could diagnose my pseudo gout and treat me so I could exercise again!
Dr Anderson has been seeing me now for approximately 10 years. When I was first diagnosed with Lupus the diagnosing doctor was insistent on me getting in with Anderson over any other Rheumatologists in the area. He wasn't accepting new patients at the time and after a phone call from my doctor he immediately took me in bc they felt I needed to be seen promptly.
