Dr. Cosgrove is the most caring vet I have ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explajn to you his diagnoses in layman terms. I travel an hour to take my dog to him. He truly is the best vet you will ever have!

Excellent vet. Dr Cosgrove has been our vet for years and has always shown a deep concern for the animals and their owners. His knowledge is incredible, experience is vast and if he is not certain of something he always researches and delves deeply for an answer. Very active in the community and a valuable part of Maryland.
