Didn’t go in person , I see Dr. Clifford through telemedicine appointments and he has been wonderful. Can’t say the same about the lady who was answering the phones around 950-10 AM today. Freakin terrible service, horrible attitude and was straight up YELLING at me on the phone. I understand folks having bad days and taking it out on others.
