Dr. Chuang has been my doctor for over 14 years. I know am in excellent hands always.
James Chuang is EXTREMELY rude and condescending DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!! Going to him was such a horrible experience and a waste of time. This experience will be reported to the Arizona Medical Board.
I want to warn others not to come here based on my experience. The doctor was the problem here. He is terrible. I have seen at least 50 doctors, and none has been as unprofessional and unhelpful as this one. I never leave reviews so this experience took a lot for me to say this. He was condescending, speaking over me while I tried to ask simple questions indicating he didn't care to hear what I had to say, and at one point even said "We need to hurry this up I need to see my next patient" after he had dominated the conversat... read more
Ignore the bad reviews honestly. Dr. Chuang is definitely eccentric, but I love that about him! He's one of the best doctors I've ever seen. I went in for a couple of concerns, including my voice becoming very husky, having trouble projecting my voice, and dealing with my voice cracking. I'm a 33-y/o woman and don't know anyone else with these issues. Went in for a consultation, was referred by my PCP. It was a little busy in the afternoon so my appointment was a little late, but Dr. Chuang was great. He made sure all my questions were answered, explained processes, potential next steps, things to keep an eye out for, etc.. He has a unique style of communication that I appreciated. He made sure I was comfortable with the plan of care and helped me feel confident in that plan. Thanks Dr. Chuang!
