Dr MacDonald was very thorough in his examination, friendly, courteous and respectful. I will definitely continue to see him in the future
As a physician myself, I appreciate finding a physician with a broad knowledge of his area of expertise, compassion, and -- if in a surgical subspecialty--one whose surgical skills are highly honed. I found Dr. MacDonald has all of these attributes! I highly recommend him and cannot praise he highly enough!
Mr. Macdonald is a wonderful doctor. Whenever I need, I can make an appointment and see the doctor in the same day. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful, too.
Doctor is okay but his office staff is horrible. Poor communication. Very condescending tone. They said it was “normal to wait 2hrs after your appointment time to see a doctor especially a specialist”. She said they were fully booked but that was not the case because I also heard her tell the doctor they had already lost 2 patients due to the elevators not working. So who knows? Maybe she's a lier too. Very disappointed
