Dr. Ikemba should be sanctioned for the MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE for his treatment of me when I entered Medical City Hospital. I went to the ER, because the night before I had a memory lapse of several hours. The DR in the ER was great. He ordered a 2 brain MRIs and a Catscan. I was moved to a room. Dr. Ikemba walked in. He did not introduced himself. He did not ask "How are you feeling?" What happened to bring you here?" Went into the ER for a post tonsillectomy hemmorhage. Was seen by a full team (not including Ikemba) and was treated well. Then this man comes in alone gives me a five minute look over, clearly not communicating with the rest of the staff. The next morning he orders an antidepressant, Celexa, to be given to me. (One of the more serious but not too uncommon side effects of Celexa include easy bruising and bleeding).
