Gina, the sonographer, was the only compassionate staff member. She explained the ultrasound in detail & comforted us during our first pregnancy. Sadly, we miscarried, & the trauma was worsened by the unprofessional, uncaring behavior of our former midwife, AlannaColon Gonçalves, & Dr.JamesElmer at Elite. At our 10:30am Friday appointment we were told there was no fetal heartbeat & sent home with no immediate follow up. Dr Elmer is very kind and gentle and he takes his time to answer your questions and to give you advice and rec recommendations of steps to take to keep you healthy. I highly recommend.
Elmer is wonderful he communicates well, listens and genuinely cares about my health for over 16 years. I feel confident about my general health because of the care and knowledge I received ever year from him and his wonderful team.
