Last year scheduled septiplasty with office. Surgery scheduler was rude, figured she had a bad day. My surgical copay would be $10 as per my insurance. They tried to charge me $2,000 upfront. They told me that they do not have to follow the agreement with my insurance (I have a major carrier) and can charge whatever they want. I got confused because they put in with my insurance a referral for the wrong surgical center. I had my carrier call them and the scheduler was rude and hung up on them. Dr Daube did an INCREDIBLE job on my nose an eyelids!! Im just in AWE at what a fantastic job he did.. his staff is AMAZING, KIND AND PATIENT . LOVE DR DAUBE AND HIS STAFF!!! CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH!!
