My wife has been in extreme pain and had a root canal scheduled on 02/15/20. Dr. Barclay did not introduce himself or ask my wife how she is doing before working on her. She went in, an assistant put in a numbing swab and didn't offer the gas at all. (My wife gets major anxiety at the dentist) so she asked for it herself.
